For more information, please see the attached job description.  Personal Banker Requirements: Minimum: * High school diploma or equivalent required, one year in a customer service/retail environment and one to two years as a Teller. * Must be able to complete ICBA’s Universal Banker Certificate Program within first year of hire. Must be detail oriented, have good general math skills, letter composition and typing skills. * Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and skilled in using a 10-key calculator. * Must be able to withstand varying degrees of stress and must be able to attend work regularly and on time and perform position requirements with little supervision. * Must have the ability to meet and greet internal and external customers in a professional, positive manner, ability to communicate effectively, ability to be flexible by being able to adjust adeptly to changing priorities, ability to function as a member of a team including participating in branch activities and displaying positive behavior.
