Description Title: Personal Banker II – Fulltime – Oak Forest Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Personal Banker II, who is an experienced branch banking advisor in establishing, developing, and retaining relationships with members to help meet their financial goals. The right candidate will have the ability to develop and retain financial relationships with members to help attain department goals. What You Will Do: Performs Teller and referral functions, opens new accounts and loan applications to build relationships and drive growth and sales opportunities. Accurately count cash, checks, and package coins and currency. Balance daily transactions and verify that cash totals are correct. Promotes, educates, and refers on credit union financial products and services to members in the community based on their needs as determined from member interviews. Assumes responsibility for performing a broad variety of Teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, sells cashier's checks with a high degree of accuracy in accordance with CU's policies and procedures, including robbery procedures. Requirements What We Are Looking For: High School degree or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of branch banking experience (with platform experience preferred). Strong track record of delivering exceptional member service. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals. Cash Handling experience and responsibilities required. Strong customer service skills; comfortable multi-tasking; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven capability in a relationship focused sales environment.
