KEY RESULT AREAS • Maintain the quality of applications brought in for satisfactory approval rates. • Maintain Product mix to ensure profitability of business. • Proactively work towards satisfying the needs of the customer. • Ensure adherence to Credit and Policy guidelines in sourcing customers by maintaining quality of applicants and proper documentation. • Manage bulk sourcing of customers from corporate sector and exploiting sales opportunities by translating them into fruitful business relationships. • Follow the documentation policy guidelines while accepting the documents from the customer. • Interaction with Team Leader regarding expectations and to ensure target achievements
