Job Description Job Summary:** The Personal Banker at UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with individual clients, providing personalized financial advice, and selling a range of banking products and services to meet their needs. Job Responsibilities:** * Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to understand their financial goals and provide suitable banking solutions, including deposits, loans, investments, and insurance products. * Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services based on customer needs and financial profiles. * Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and provide tailored advice on wealth management and financial planning. * Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Keep abreast of market trends, product developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. * Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch performance. * Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to data privacy regulations. * Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. * Strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. * Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. * Good analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
