  What’s the role? As a Personal Banker, you will work directly with customers to deliver exceptional service, build trusted relationships and support their financial needs. You’ll engage with customers in branch, help them achieve their financial goals and provide tailored banking solutions across a range of products and services. The role combines customer service, relationship management and basic sales, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering positive outcomes. You’ll be part of a collaborative team environment, contributing to a welcoming branch experience while representing the bank’s values and commitment to helping customers succeed.   What do I need? * Experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally within banking, retail financial services or a related service environment * Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver personalised service outcomes * Experience identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or solutions * Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers face‑to‑face and explaining financial information clearly * Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple customer interactions and priorities Why join us?
