You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money, each and every day! This is a full-time, branch-based role and the hours are across and inclusive of Monday to Friday. What do I need? * Turkish or Chinese language capability is highly advantageous * Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing / phone-based role with experience of working to targets * Resilience, with an ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situations * Comfortable in working towards sales / referral targets and calling customers over the phone * Numerical capability, ideally with proficiency in cash handling and counting, with ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy * An energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people! * The will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies No banking experience?
