We are seeking a Personal Banking Team Leader to join our Cairns City branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in the finance industry or who is seeking a good work/life balance.
As a Personal Banking Team Leader you will be responsible for successfully coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Retail Branch by delivering exceptional front line service. You will also assist the Area Manager to achieve business targets by leading and developing the staff and ensuring outstanding personalised experiences are delivered to all existing and potential Members.
This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant will also be willing to work at any branch within the Cairns region as required.
