Salary: N200,000 - N250,000
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and creative Personal Brand Content Assistant to support the CEO in building and managing their personal brand. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong research, content creation, and social media management skills. This role involves crafting and executing content strategies, ensuring consistency in the CEO’s personal brand messaging, and driving engagement across platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure social media performance (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of personal branding principles.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in social media and content marketing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with executives or high-profile individuals.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Content Research and Ideation:
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, audience preferences, and relevant topics.
  • Identify opportunities to position the CEO as a thought leader in their industry.
  • Monitor competitor content and highlight opportunities for differentiation.
  • Content Creation and Curation:
  • Curate high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the CEO’s personal brand and vision.
  • Assist in drafting articles, blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and other forms of content.
  • Work with designers or other team members to create visually appealing assets.
  • Content Distribution and Engagement:
  • Distribute content strategically across relevant social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the CEO’s social media accounts, including responding to comments and engaging with followers.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
  • Content Documentation:
  • Maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.
  • Document key moments, events, and achievements to incorporate into the CEO’s personal brand storytelling.
  • Build and maintain an archive of all published content for future reference.
  • Personal Brand Development:
  • Brainstorm and execute campaigns to amplify the CEO’s voice in industry-specific conversations.
  • Proactively identify speaking engagements, podcasts, or guest-writing opportunities.
  • Ensure the CEO’s online profiles and bios are consistently updated and aligned with their goals.
