SKILLS

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of clerical duties such as filing and document management.

  • Answer phone calls and texts with professionalism, managing multi-line phone systems effectively.
  • Maintain office management duties including inventory control and supply ordering.
  • Making edits to software and websites as needed or requested.
