✅ Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or similar role
✅ Prior telesales or customer service experience is highly preferred
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
