Job Description Summary Personal Care Aides (PCAs) provide compassionate, hands-on care to ensure residents' health and well-being. Essential functions Assist residents with daily living activities (e.g., grooming, dressing, bathing) Monitor and maintain residents' personal hygiene and supplies Perform regular rounds and respond to residents' needs Support residents during meals and encourage participation in activities Maintain cleanliness of residents' living spaces and do laundry Assist with mobility, including transfers and transportation Provide basic health-related assistance (e.g., bowel/bladder management, prosthetic devices) Communicate effectively with residents and staff Maintain accurate records and follow care plans Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Experience: • Six months to one-year related experience or training. Specific experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred.
