Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor vital signs when necessary.
  • Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
  • Utilize EMR systems for documentation and communication regarding client care.
  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia through behavior management techniques.
  • Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts when required for client mobility.
  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to provide comprehensive care.
