Responsibilities What You’ll Do As a Personal Care Aide, you will: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility Engage patients in meaningful conversation, companionship, and social interaction Respond promptly to patient needs and requests for care Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to a licensed nurse Complete required documentation, including incident reports and change-of-condition reports Prepare and serve meals; assist with eating (excluding tube feeding) Support self-administration of medications as directed Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe immediate living environment (bedroom and bathroom) Qualifications What We’re Looking For Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required CPR certification preferred Previous experience working with elderly individuals in a residential, long-term care, or home health setting preferred Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindset Strong communication and observation skills If you’re looking for a rewarding career where your work truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
