  • A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
  • Able to read and write English
  • Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Cert 4 in disability support.
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including Influenza

Responsibilities

As a Care Companion you will provide care and support that enhances our resident’s wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
You will enjoy working within our Better Together® social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?

  • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
  • Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive.
  • Part time role Thursday through to Saturday 2.45PM to 9.00PM or Thursday through to Saturday 7.00AM to 2.00PM
  • The location of the role is 2 Booker avenue in Mornington.
