At 365 Care we provide quality, compassionate home care for the elderly, and adults with a disability in Western Sydney and surrounds, who want to remain independent in their own homes. We are currently looking for Personal Care Workers to provide support to our aged care and NDIS clients living in their homes around Blacktown area. You will provide a range of services to ensure that they can continue to live in their own homes and a life they choose in their local community, including:

• Providing personal care
• Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
• Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
• Transporting clients to appointments and run errands and general community access
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• You must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes from the Blacktown area. This includes Parramatta, Penrith, Castle Hill, Ryde.
