As part of our Community Nursing & Personal Care Program, you’ll work with clients receiving support through:

• Home Care Packages/Support at Home
• Transition Care Program
• Department of Veterans’ Affairs

Your role will include providing:

• Assistance with personal care and daily living activities
• Respite and companionship
• Transport and community access
• Low-level therapeutic rehabilitation
• Support that empowers clients to remain independent at home
