JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. Experience required but not essential and candidates are able to possess strong communication skills. This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care while maintaining the dignity and respect of those we serve.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and their families.
  • Ability to develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • A valid driving licence is must and own car.
