Central Highlands Rural Health is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants, required for a variety of shifts both part time and casual at our Aged Care Facility based in Daylesford.
Daylesford Aged Care is a 30-bed facility, co-located with Daylesford Hospital. Our team is dedicated to providing a high standard of care in a supportive and inclusive environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Certificate III in individual support/Certificate III Aged Care or similar Qualification
• Experience in an Aged Care environment
• Experience providing services and activities centred around our resident needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting and assisting with social activities
• High level of customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in electronic documentation
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and resposibilities
• Available to work accross 7 days both evening and morning shifts
