EmpathyKare Home Care is family-founded agency started by two sisters who know compassion and love first-hand through their experiences of caring for their own loved ones. EmpathyKare focuses on the ability to let family stay family in the comfort of their homes and allow our workers to take on the role to serve. In building a successful agency, EmpathyKare is looking for compassionate and dedicated Independent contractors to join these two sisters in providing essential support to individuals in need of assistance.
This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, whether they are seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring specialized care. As an independent contractor this opportunity is for anyone who has ever worked or looking to work as Caregiver, CNA, HHA, Personal Care Assistant, Companion, and/or Direct Support Professional. You will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of those you support. Your compassion and diligence will bring joy into the lives of the clients you work with and help them feel encouraged, involved and loved.

REQUIREMENTS:

✔ 2+ years of experience providing nonmedical home care or a related field
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ At least 18-years old
✔ A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the location of services provided.
✔ No felony convictions or other criminal offenses
✔ Previous experience or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
✔ Knowledge of senior care practices and patient monitoring techniques is beneficial.
✔ Ability to work with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus.
✔ Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for this role.
✔ Must be physically able to lift clients and perform necessary caregiving tasks.
✔ CPR/First Aid certification is desirable but not required; training may be provided.
