About the role In this important support role, you will work closely with registered nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality care to patients. You will play a key role in supporting patients through their care journey, helping to create a comfortable, respectful, and supportive environment for both patients and their families. Flexibility is required to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays. What the role involves Assist in the delivery of patient care under the direction and supervision of registered nurses Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Respond to patient and family queries, escalating to the registered nurse as appropriate Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment, including bed making and equipment checks Uphold patient privacy, dignity, and respect at all times What we’re looking for We are looking for a caring, reliable, and team-focused individual who is passionate about supporting patients and contributing to a positive care environment.
