• Support clients in mobility and transferring safely from one location to another.
• Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervising senior or manager.
• Follow care plans to ensure all client needs are met effectively.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide companionship and emotional support.
• RequirementsPrevious experience in home care.
• Communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to understand and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
