Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Personal Care Assistant role based Lancaster and norrh west. The Personal Care Assistant will support the client with daily living activities, including assistance with mobility, personal hygiene, nutrition, and comfort supporting the client in the workplace and social activities. The requires some with a full UK driving licence and

own car .

Qualifications

• Experience or training as a PCA (Personal Care Assistant) or carer.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with nuself snd wokr colleagues.
• Empathy, patience, and a respectful approach to people from diverse backgrounds and with varying care needs.
• Basic understanding of infection prevention, health and safety, and confidentiality requirements in a clinical setting.
• Willingness to undertake some training.
• Ability to work a variety hours.
