OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or senior care preferred
  • Knowledge of patient care practices including dementia care and hospice care
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
  • Ability to perform caregiving tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Physical capability to assist clients with mobility needs and perform heavy lifting as required
