OVERVIEW

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring specialized care. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private residences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or senior care preferred
• Knowledge of patient care practices including dementia care and hospice care
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
• Ability to perform caregiving tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and medication administration
• Physical capability to assist clients with mobility needs and perform heavy lifting as required
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others live comfortably and independently
