About the opportunity Our small boutique home operates on the traditional model of residential aged care combining both low and high care needs for our residents in our 43 bed facility. Position Purpose: To provide care to residents in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures of Mercy Health. To provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care. To work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information required for ACFI assessment and classification. Participation in the quality process. To thrive in this role, you will have: Certificate III in Aged Care or similar as a minimum. Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills. A caring and supportive nature You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: NDIS Screening Check OR a current Police Check and application for an NDIS screening check.
