Pay Range: $15 - $17/hour (based on education and experience)

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in client’s condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
