Description Personal Care Assistant / PCA Pay is $18.00-20.00 per hour- Male needed Critical Nurse Staffing provides unparalleled home health care to the American Workforce including Veterans of the United States Armed Services, Workers Compensation Claims, and former energy workers (eligible for in-home care under the Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation) who want to remain independent and live in their own homes. The Position: We’re looking for a part-time Personal Care Assistant - PCA for private in-home care. Benefits eligible at 30+ hours per week Paid Time Off Medical, dental, vision, and 401K Supplemental insurance available One-on-one patient care Flexible Scheduling The Job Location: Critical Nurse Staffing (CNS) employees work in the privacy of each patient’s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible in the comfort of their own home. Requirements Related Competencies Language Skills: Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business practices, policies and procedures, professional journals, technical guidelines, and governmental regulations. Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Must be able to provide guidance and direction accurately and clearly to Company staff and employees. Decision Making: Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; possess ability to analyze data from different sources to draw conclusions; utilize effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences. Education/Training High School graduate or equivalent.
