Description Personal Care Assistant - PCA Private Duty Caregiver Part-Time Hours Available Pay Rate: $15-$17 per hour 12-hour day shifts Ideal candidates: 2 years of in-home health care experience Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable) Come work for CNS Cares and make a difference! This support empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home. Requirements Related Competencies Language Skills: Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business practices, policies and procedures, professional journals, technical guidelines, and governmental regulations. Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Must be able to provide guidance and direction accurately and clearly to Company staff and employees. Decision Making: Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; possess ability to analyze data from different sources to draw conclusions; utilize effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences. Education/Training High School graduate or equivalent.
