About the Role

Every day is different, but every shift makes a real difference.

You'll support clients to remain safe, independent and comfortable in their own homes by providing:

• Personal care and mobility assistance
• Domestic assistance and meal preparation
• Social support and companionship
• Community access and transport to appointments
• Emotional support and meaningful engagement
• Encouraging independence while supporting clients to achieve their personal goals

Availability

• Weekday availability 8am–6pm
• Minimum 20 hours per week

About You

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in providing exceptional care.

To be successful you'll have:

• A qualification in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability Support or Nursing
• Previous experience in home care, aged care or disability support (preferred)
• Current First Aid and CPR
• A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
