COMPANY OVERVIEW

Mosaic 1898 Direct Payments Support Service are assisting a woman near Barwell to recruit two female support workers.
The position is for 24 hours per week (per PA), comprised of 12 hours shifts, with times and days to be agreed between yourself and the employer, including weekends when needed. There is potential for more hours once good working relationships are established.
A caring and patient approach is more important than experience. You will be reliable and trustworthy with the commitment to accept responsibility. The PA is required to be flexible, have a good sense of humour and friendly personality as well as being responsible and able to use their own initiative. The PA is also required to be comfortable being alone when not required.
The PA must be over 25 (due to car insurance purposes) and a confident driver as the role includes driving her wheelchair adapted vehicle. It is a requirement that the PA be an animal lover and confident around animals as there is a variety of animals in the home.
