Things that work for us: Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded Must be available for min. 3 shift a week. Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) - if you already have and it is under 6 months old NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
