I live at home with my family and would like some time out and about accessing new things. My parents would like some time to do things they enjoy and would like a worker who can support me on a weekend alongside a second worker.
I enjoy being outside and spending time at Cragside, Gibside Hall and other outdoor venues. I am very keen on swimming and somebody willing to do this activity with me wis essential
I do use a wheelchair and need an assistant who is physically able to support me. Moving and handling demonstrations will be provided as appropriate.

The duties of the successful applicant will include, but not be limited to:

  • medication administration
  • personal care
  • preparation of meals and drinks
  • laundry and household tasks directly linked to my needs
