Here at Salvere Support we support individual clients in their own homes. Our small teams of
Personal Assistants provide bespoke, person centered care to really make a difference in our clients

lives. You’ll only be working with one client which enables you to truly get to know them and make a meaningful difference each day.

  • Your contracted hours will be: 10.75 HOURS PER WEEK

Week1 : Friday 6pm-10:30pm & Saturday 9am-5pm
Week2: Friday & Saturday 6pm-10:30pm

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You must be self motivated, well organised, reliable and an excellent team player. As well as being a naturally caring and compassionate person, we’re seeking Care / Support workers with experience of:
Positive behaviour management and supporting anxiety.
Personal care, including support with showering, drying and dressing.
Providing companionship, including getting out in the community (including swimming)
Medication administration.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and experienced support worker looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Care/Support Worker to join one of our friendly teams of Personal Assistants in the Blackburn area to support one of our clients with Cerebral Palsy.
In this incredibly rewarding role, you’ll be supporting one of our amazing clients to live independently and confidently in their own home. Every day will be different — from assisting with clinical care and personal support, to offering genuine companionship and helping them enjoy life to the fullest. Whether it’s going for walks, grabbing a coffee in town, or even heading out for a swim, you’ll be a key part in supporting them both in their own home and out in the community.

It is important to be aware that our client has allergies so you will need to be mindful of any animal hair on your clothes particularly if you have pets. The use of perfume / scented body spray is also not permitted.
There are also dogs in the family household
You must have a full clean driving licence and be over the age of 25 to drive the clients Wheel chair accessible vehicle
