PART TIME SUPPORT WORKER (CARER) - HARTLEPOOL (2:1)

We are looking for caring, bubbly and enthusiastic individual to join a happy, supportive team (working 2:1) providing 24-hour care for a young gentleman who needs all care needs anticipating, in his independent bungalow.

Shifts:

• Part time hours available averaging 10-15 hours per week (1-2 shifts per week) with additional hours for holiday and sickness cover.
• A mix of day and night shifts depending on needs of the rota

Pay: £13.00 per hour.
Alternate weekends off or two weekends per month.

Job role includes:

• Planning and accompanying the client on days out, walks and activities
• Supporting with personal care needs
• Maintaining tidiness in the bungalow and garden

Requirements:

• Over 18 years old
• Being reliable, caring and friendly is essential.
• No experience necessary (full training provided) – but some experience of providing care whether formal or informal would be considered an advantage
• Full UK driving license preferred (to drive the minibus for activities) but not essential.
