£12.21 - STOCKTON ON TEES AREA

We are looking for someone to join an existing team, providing care and support to a lady in central Stockton.
Our client lives in her family, dog-friendly home, and requires support with day-to-day household duties and accessing the community.

Typical duties would be :

• Support with household cleaning and upkeep
• Support with food preparation
• Support / prompts with medication
• Support / prompts with self care
• Support with activities (attending walking group)

Experience / understanding of mental health preferred, but not essential.
Dates and times of working to be discussed and agreed with successful candidate
An Enhanced DBS check will be required. The cost of this will be met by the employer
Driver’s licence and own vehicle preferred, but not essential
