* Casual position available at VMCH Star of the Sea, Torquay * Excellent not for profit salary packaging benefits About the role  We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to bring joy to our resident’s day.  Working as part of a friendly and close-knit team, your focus will be: * Providing support and care according to the Care Plan and residents preferences and strengths * Applying person-centred care approaches to all interactions with residents * Considering the residents individual needs, stage of life, development and strengths when engaging in support activities About you You are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career in aged care. To be considered for these roles, you will need: * Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation), or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support * Previous experience working in an aged care facility  * Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team * NDIS Worker Screening Check Why VMCH?
