JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Provider to join our team. Our Client has a number if specific needs ranging from dressing to food preparation.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support, including home care, nursing homes and hospice care. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their well-being. The Support Worker will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those in their care.

SKILLS

  • Experience in senior care or home care settings is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hospice care practices is advantageous.
  • Strong behaviour management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with physical mobility tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and their families.
  • A valid driving licence is essential for transporting clients as needed.
  • Hours are flexible
