About the opportunity To provide care to residents in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures of Mercy Health. To provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care. To work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information required for ACFI assessment and classification. Participation in the quality process.
