• Perform various housekeeping duties related to patient care

1.Monitors residents and notifies RN Case Manager if any residents are having any issues or concerns.

• Supports residents with completion of activities of daily living as indicated in their service plans. Assists in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of

current resident needs. Answer pages and call lights.

• Bathing, Dressing, Exercise, Feeding/Eating, Grooming/Shaving/Oral care, Toiling, Transfer, Walking, Cleaning, Laundry.
• Reads Communication Log and shift report at beginning of each shift. Enters pertinent information in communication log and shift report.
