We have opportunities for qualified and experienced Personal Care Attendants (PCA’s) to join our team on a Permanent Part Time basis working a range of morning, afternoon and evening/night shifts.

Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you:

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents.
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

• A certificate III or IV in Aged Care *mandatory
• Experience as a Carer within a Residential Aged Care home
• Ability to work a variety of days and shifts
• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
