Personal Care Attendant – Home Care 

Cobram Regional Care is a stand-alone, not for profit organisation that has been providing professional, quality aged care services to the local community for over 30 years and in 2021 expanded its services into Home Care. 

We are seeking enthusiastic and suitably qualified Personal Care Attendants to join our Home Care team to provide a range of practical household duties and personal care tasks in order to support our valued clients living independently in their home. 

Successful applicants will work autonomously to deliver Person-Centred Care and support whilst promoting independence and well-being to clients. A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and high standards of care, together with the drive to make a real contribution – to the organisation, industry and community is essential. 

Essential Criteria: 

• Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or equivalent 
•  Your own reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance 
•  Your own Mobile Phone (Smartphone) 
•  Current Australian drivers' licence. 
•  Current satisfactory police check. 
•  Current and valid first aid and CPR certification 
•  Be willing to travel 

Desired: 

• Basic food handling certificate, dementia or OH&S Training. 
• Experience in home care, residential aged care facility or similar setting. 
• Previous experience in the application of quality assurance and or continuous improvement systems.
