Senior Helpers, a leading provider of in-home care services, is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Caregiver to join our team in Concord, MA. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care attendant, or similar role is required.
• CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the individual needs of each client.
• Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Assist senior client with activities of daily living, including bathing and showering.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients on errands, appointments, and recreational activities.
• Provide transportation services using your own vehicle (a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required). We will reimburse mileage.
