ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking experienced personal care assistants to work on one of our 24/7 programs in Ballarat, specifically focusing on providing care for individuals with high complex care needs and challenging behaviours. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who require specialised care and support around the clock.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Travelling to our client’s home to assist with all aspects of care to ensure that their daily needs are met.
• Providing person-centred care with a focus on dignity, safety, and well-being.
• Maintaining clear communication channels and promptly reporting any changes in client’s health status.
• Adapting care plans to address the unique requirements of each client.
