You’re open-minded, non-judgmental, and able to meet people exactly where they are—physically, emotionally, and environmentally You know how to stay calm in difficult moments and can navigate delicate family dynamics with professionalism and grace You’re ready to be a part of something bigger—a team committed to reshaping what quality home care looks and feels like in our community What You’ll Do Assist with all aspects of personal care, including showering, bathing, toileting, changing incontinence briefs, dressing, and hygiene Safely support client transfers using gait belts and/or hoyer lifts as needed Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, pet care as needed Offer companionship, emotional support, and a consistent, comforting presence Communicate effectively with clients, families, and our care team to ensure the highest level of care What We’re Looking For: Reliability and strong communication skills Experience with hands-on personal care (or a strong desire to learn) Passion for working with elderly and disabled individuals Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member Previous PCA/CNA/Caregiving experience highly preferred Position Requirements: Proof of negative TB test- if you need it, we’ll pay for it! Ability to pass a drug screen Authorized to work in the US Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) CPR/First Aid Certification- if you need it, we’ll pay for it!
