Description Clinical Director for Personal Care We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our personal care services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Must be a LPN or Registered Nurse in good standing and be currently licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs, Department of State; - Valid licensure or certification relevant to clinical role within personal care, memory care, healthcare, or related settings - Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively - Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
