As a PCW at our Campbelltown Residential Facility, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing overnight support to residents, including personal care, hygiene, repositioning, and mobility assistance
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and promptly reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Assisting in creating a calm and safe environment during the night
• Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with care plans
• Upholding residents’ dignity, independence, and choice in all interactions
• Supporting infection control, Work Health Safety, and organisational policies
