We are looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to join our Residential Services team based at our Dalkeith Gardens home in Traralgon. This home has 112 wonderful residents who value your contribution. There are PM shifts available:

  • Assist residents with daily activities according to their needs and choices
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse on shift
  • Plan and support residents with social and lifestyle activities within the home
  • Document information including all required charting and progress notes
  • Spend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empath
Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
  • Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification. If you have completed the first year of your nursing studies, and have completed your placements, you will be a qualified Care Worker.
