You’ll work as part of a team of people and help with showering, dressing, simple cleaning, linen service, and meals. But you’ll also be there to spend time with residents, share stories, connect and show kindness and empathy.

- A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support, or a related qualification. If you have completed the first year of your nursing studies, and have completed your placements, you will be a qualified Care Worker.
- Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientationTo work in Residential Aged Care you will need to have an NDIS Worker Screening Check. The NDIS Check lasts for 5 years and can be used with any organisation / employer.
