As a Personal Care Worker at Lutheran Homes Barossa, you will:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as grooming, mobility, and meals
• Support residents’ emotional, social, and physical wellbeing
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and other staff
• Work collaboratively with nurses and allied health professionals
