• Join the team at our 129-bed Lake Cathie aged care home
• Choice to work part-time or full-time with predominantly morning and afternoon shifts available
• Positions available for Personal Care Workers & Medication Competent Personal Care Workers
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Develop positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a pleasant home environment
• Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care
• Collaborate with Nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, person-centred care

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven track record as a Personal Care Worker in residential aged care
• Flexible, reliable and available to work a variety of shifts
• Personable, respectful, and with strong communication and customer service skills
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
• Working rights in Australia is essential (sponsorship is not available)
