We are currently seeking experienced Companion/Personal care workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home.
We are based in Midland and our clients are all in a 30km radius from Midland.

A successful candidate will have the following:

• Ability to provide companion/personal and domestic care
• A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• High level of time management and organisational ability

Essential Requirements:

• Certificate 3 in Aged care, Community Care or Disability Care
• Completed 1 year nursing Course
• Satisfactory Australian National Police clearance
• Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate
• Mobile phone
• Drivers licence and your own car
• Comprehensive car insurance
• Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality
